1 Present simple and Present continuous: repeated actions
I' m going to a lot of parties these days — Я сейчас часто хожу на вечеринки.
Present simple.Every morning I get up at 7 o'clock.
3) Если важно подчеркнуть, что некоторое событие происходит часто, но каждый раз является незапланированным или неожиданным, можно использовать Present continuous с такими наречиями как always, constantly, continually, forever.I'm always meeting Mrs Smith in the supermarket — Я всегда встречаю миссис Смит в супермаркете (незапланированное неожиданное событие).
разницу между примерами ниже).We usually have breakfast at 9.00 — Мы обычно завтракаем в 9.00 (речь идет о распорядке дня, расписании).
